1. Introduction
Welcome to Zero Tolerance Electrical. By using our electrical services or our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Service Provision
Zero Tolerance Electrical provides residential, commercial, and industrial electrical services. All work is performed by qualified electricians in accordance with SANS 10142-1 standards.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Estimates provided over the phone are subject to on-site verification.
- Emergency call-outs are subject to a fixed call-out fee plus hourly rates.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept EFT, cash, and major credit cards. Certificates of Compliance (CoC) will only be issued once full payment has been received and cleared.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety, Zero Tolerance Electrical is not liable for pre-existing faults in your electrical system or issues arising from unauthorized modifications by third parties.
6. Certificates of Compliance (CoC)
CoCs are issued based on a visual and tested inspection of the installation at the time of the visit. Any remedial work required to meet safety standards will be quoted separately before a certificate can be issued.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
